Erasmus+ project “Impropreneurs” took place in Poronin, Poland in April 11-20. Impropreneurs was the educational and cultural project which contained impact of theatre and youth entrepreneurship. The overall objective of this project was to encourage young people to practice on their work and life balance to lead their own path through theatre improvisation activities.
At the first evening we came to the Karczma very late (the place where all the action was), so we had dinner, made some friends, visited the playroom (there was a pool, table football and air hockey table) it was a really great place to make new friends.
During the next day the fun of Impropreneurs has started. I was surprised that the organizers of the event had plenty of games which were improving our acting and English language skills. All the time we were changing teams to get known each other well. It was not easy to remember almost 30 different names, but the organizers did a great job, because we had a lot of interesting and helpful games to remember all the names. The program of the project was really great, there was no boring moments, so the time just flew!

Without Impro games and tasks, we also had a lot of travelling. At first we had a city game in Poronin, so we explored all the city and even went to church. Later we had a trip to Zakopane city and had over 3 hours free time, which was really entertaining, because we saw a lot of new things such as upside down house, interesting shops and beautiful city center.

The next trip we had was trip to the Tatra mountains, it was a trip which I will remember all my life. We walked to the Morskoe Oko lake, which was one of the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. Then we figured out that there is also another lake in the mountain called Czarny Staw pod Rysami which was very challenging to climb, because there was no footpath, only snow and climbing, but some of us took this challenge and somehow climbed to it. It was really great and unforgettable experience.

During this project every day we had cultural evenings, so we had a chance to learn interesting facts and try some dishes from many different countries such as Poland, Slovenia, Croatia, Portugal and Italy. We learned some dances, a lot of words in different languages and even jokes.
All in all, I want to admit that this project was really perfect, considering to these facts that we have made a lot of new friends, gained valuable experience, learned how to act, improved our language skills, visited beautiful places and expanded our knowledge about other countries a lot. I have even promised myself that from now on I will always try to participate in such projects.
Also, I want to say thanks to the Innovation Office (Inovacijų biuras) for letting me join the Lithuanian group which was very friendly so that we all became good friends. And thanks to the whole group and organizers for their activity and friendliness.
