Over 50 youth workers were trained to use „Challenge Management: from problem to challenge!“ in Lithuania, Italy, Portugal, Bulgaria, Romania, and Poland. After that activities with youth was held.
A number of the activities of the Erasmus+ project “Challenged!” was carried out in youth centers and schools of smaller towns all over the Lithuania: in Marijampolė, Mažeikiai, Molėtai, Širvintos, Baisiogala and Elektrėnai. 118 youth had a possibility to take part in the provided activities by Innovation Office. During the training, the young people enjoyed having teamwork games, new acquaintances, a cozy atmosphere, and the opportunity to illustrate their emotions. During the training, youth learned to know themselves better, be braver, change negative emotions into positive ones, overcome difficulties, self-reliance, positivity, cooperation, public speaking, search for daily solutions, challenge management, leadership, teamwork, understand feelings, and achieve goals.
The youth was happy to be able to participate in the training. They discovered themselves, became more inspired, motivated, energetic, and attentive, and they were no longer afraid of challenges. Therefore, students felt thoughtful, raising questions about personal qualities and dealing with difficult situations. They discussed what they would like to achieve. They also expressed that they had learned a lot.
The project was ended with final conferences “Challenge Management: Community in Europe” in each partner country. This conference involved presenting project results, sharing experiences to enhance other organisations to multiply the effect of the „Challenged!“ project and join Youth Challenging Community in Europe. Furthermore, this conference covered the specifics of work with youth, involved clear examples of activities, and analysis of opportunities. Participants expresed their interest to use project results and in further
