Erasmus + training course “UnderSTAND” happened online and lasted from 5 to 13 February. People attended from more than 10 European Union countries and in total there were 50 participants. The main targets of these courses were “Interethnic conflict; conflicts in general; exploring and learning how to solve them; how to understand others”.
The courses were something amazing that happened to me during this hard time with Corona Virus… As a participant, I am happy that I attended these courses. First, I had a great communication experience with random and enthusiastic people from Europe. I improved my English skills and learned lots of new things and new research tools. It made me much more motivated and creative.
The trainees were super friendly and creative. All tasks were super original. Mostly we were doing different types of work in random groups with never-ending communication. They had lots of energizers during the courses and all seminar trainees were prepared to use a lot of useful information.
This fantastic course taught me a lot about conflict situations and culture, improved my knowledge, awakened my creativity, and much more. Finally, I could share my ideas with other like-minded participants.
All in all, I am glad that I had the opportunity to communicate with all participants, make new contacts, and learn useful information on how to solve a conflict, how to think not only about myself but about others too. It will be very helpful for me in daily life, work, and university!
