No 1. Create a team. You alone are as a soldier in the field of war; therefore, in order to implement business goals and follow business strategy, you need to have a team with different competences. Find somebody who challenges you to be faster and better in the market. Go with the team you have. Adjust business processes to your team and reduce complexity. Work not hard, but smart.

No 2. Collaborate with other institutions. You are not working in a vacuum, use connections you have in your business. Search incubators for your ideas; create your reputation among business people and your clients. Do not forget: word of mouth has great power.
No 3. Take a risk as an opportunity. Challenge your strategies: step out of your comfort zone that lets us grow. You should be focused on value creation and concentrated on customers needs, make your products to be wanted. You should work with your dream – it makes you unique. To be too protective within phrase “what if it happens…” is worse than to fall and stand up again.
No. 4. Be optimist. Where to get optimism? At first, do what you like to do! Look at positive things and support each other in your team. Be focused on your goal you seek – you will always find an opportunity to get closer to your target.
No 5. Visualize. Your success and your power are in your mind. If you can imagine – you can do it. If you have very ambiguous goals, visualize how you will achieve it in small steps. Write down your plan step by step with deadlines to be performed.
No 6. Act! You need continuously building. Do not delay. Remember as it is in the sport – quick wins. Do not wait still something will happen. The best time to act is now!
