On November 28- December 06 group of young people from Lithuania, Poland and Slovakia went to the small mountain village Murzasichle (Poland) for a project (youth exchange) ”Set your business now!”. Active, creative and communicative people came to develop their language skills, share their ideas about business, also share knowledge about another countries, cultures, languages and values, to share experience how to be an active participant in social life. I also was in this project and there are 3 the most important things, which I have learnt:
Firstly, I have learnt to be brave when I speak in foreign language. Communicate in English language was really difficult for me, because I was afraid of my mistakes. I just realized that a lot of people has the same problem after few days, so I can feel much comfortable. Also, I have learnt a lot of new words and remembered old ones.
Another important thing that I have learnt is respect different country people. I realised that foreign people is really interesting and I can learn a lot of things from them. They have a lot of interesting traditions and beautiful places in their country.
Finally, I have learnt how to make my own startup. We made a lot of exercises, which help us to understand business and make small plans. At the end of the project we had business startup, advertisement, and plan how to set our business now.
So, this project was very useful for me, I met a lot of interesting and friendly people, who stuck into my heart for ages.
